In time past I used to think the future was yet to come. That the events to unfold and take place would be so obvious to us all… like dipping our hands into hot or cold water. Oh… the Eternal. Eternal you say? Since we use it so liberally and without excuse or explanation; let’s explain it. As a Christian and a realist I’ve heard this word used more often than not with the word and the assumption of life together with it. My wife and I were discussing this topic this morning and this word constrain fell upon our hearts… Here lies the beauty of it all! If it were not for our God, where would most of us be? My wife and I have just gone through some of the most trying times we have experienced in life, but “thanks be to our God” who shall …. You know I was thinking. Faith without works is dead. I’ve heard it said so many times, But, today I think I heard! How do we differ from the world without our goodly works? Do the faith of some seem to get it done. I sit here and wonder, have they any signs, not that I may need them? The world does. The world was wrought by miracles and signs, thoughts and wonders, but too few have stopped to notice. What has happened to a generation? I thought I’d take time to understand what it is in the bible and not concerning relying on doctors, as we all have or should. Even the word physician and it’s uses. There are arguments for and against doctors today, from surgeries to healings, education, advise, drugs, medications, benefits, costs, diagnosis, etc. etc. Luke, the writer of one of the gospels and the book of the acts of the apostles, the physician as stated by his ways to interpret the condition.
